Q: What's the benefit of pre-ordering?
A: We always ship out pre-order customers orders first. These are usually the best condition boxes and the orders are shipped out very quickly when we get our shipment in. Usually within 24 hours. Also, you are guaranteed the price you pre-pay, it's locking in a price that may be below market value when they come out. I will never raise prices after you have prepaid for preorders.

Q: How do refunds work?
A: There are no refunds offered on preorders, unless I do not get my stock in. Then there is a 100% refund policy, or you can use the credit to purchase another item from me. If you simply want a refund or change your mind, I do not give any refunds.

Q: Can you alert me to when new Transformers are available for preorder?
A: Yes, we have a regular mailing list, and to join simply send email to:

 

Q: How quickly do you mail out my order?
A: We usually ship within 48 hours of receiving payment, except in the case of a check where we wait one week for it to clear

Q: Do you take Paypal?
A: Of course, we take paypal. Outside the US, we reserve the right to reject any orders based on histories of fraud from certain countries. Please email us with Paypal questions.

Q: Can you get in or preorder an item not on your preorder list?
A: Email us to discuss this, as we have connections with vendors outside of the US. Since often we have to order many cases to make it worthwhile, if there is enough interest by other customers then we may be able to get the item for you.

Q: What is your refund/return policy?

A: We do not accept refunds/returns on merchandise unless it was incorrect merchandise that was sent. In all cases, the merchandise returned must still be still factory sealed and in the same condition as when it was sent. We do not accept returned merchandise that was opened as it is then unsellable.

Q: What is your return policy on merchandise that was factory sealed but when opened was incomplete/broken?
A: Takara and their suppliers do not offer us any replacement parts, or returns for this type of merchandise. Once the goods leave Japan, they will not own up to the merchandise as goods crossing borders is considered "grey market" goods and no longer eligible under any manufacturer agreements. Therefore we do not offer any returns or replacements on goods that are broken/incomplete.
