Both TM Scourge and TM Cyclonus MISB are difficult to find pieces. Rarely surfacing MISB, let alone in a box as nice as this, the only flaw is a price tag tear on a side flap. My own impression is that stores ordered more Autobots than Decepticon toys in the 80's, and as such, finding any Decepticon, let alone a TM Movie Character MISB, is more of a challenge than their good guy counterparts. A beautiful box, C9+ and a perfect display piece.
