The VSZ is one of the three legendary VS sets. Each is increasingly difficult to locate, particularly the VSX. Of the three sets, the VSZ has the best color scheme and layout in my opinion. VSZ features Sunstreaker and Skids versus Buzzsaw. It is also called the "New Characters Set" in Japan, since none of these three figures were released in the Transformers line individually packaged, and were only available as part of this set. Why these were not released individually packaged is not clear, it may have been due to the numbering, early on in the Transformers release in Japan. It also may be due to the large amount of releases and coloring that Skids and Sunstreaker saw in Japan. Both were released many times in the pre-TF Diaclone line, but then again so were Bluestreak and Sideswipe, both who were individually released in Japan. For whatever reason, here is this set, and it's in great shape. On a side note, at one point someone stated that this set included a unique missile launcher for Sunstreaker. That is a myth, and it is not included with this set.
