Twincast is a repainted, retooled version of Blaster or Broadcast as he's called in Japan. In the headmasters series, Blaster fought with Soundwave, and they managed to destroy each other. Due to this, they were both rebuilt, this time being capable of holding two cassettes in their cassette deck, not just one. Japanese exclusives, these guys in 1999 used to go for crazy money. But are actually not that difficult to find. Twincast includes a cassette tape case, and on the Steeljaw it has a small sticker that details the weak points of Scorponok. His colors are a bit jeuvanile, but the box art is pretty sweet.
