D-101 Soundblaster is a Japanese exclusive piece, that is highly coveted by non-Japanese collectors. In the Headmasters series, Blaster (Broadcast in Japan) and Sounwave fought it out, ultimately destroying each other. Broadcast was then rebuilt as a stronger form of Twincast, and Soundwave was rebuilt in the superior form of Soundblaster. Soundblaster is a black repaint of Soundwave, that also includes a double cassette deck. Buzzsaw is also included, and has a sticker featuring the weak points of Fortress Maximus on it. During the late 90's this was one of the most sought after pieces outside of Japan, and features some great box art. The set also includes a cassette case.
