Wheelie, Powerglide, Seespray, and Beachcomber were all released in Japan in two formats, a boxed and a carded format. The carded format seems to show up more often than the boxed, and Wheelie and Powerglide boxed seem to be more common than Seaspray and Beachcomber boxed. It is not known why they sold both carded and boxed minibots, but the boxed look a lot cooler in my opinion. The boxed versions also included a trading card, that was not included with the carded version, so that's a bonus for those who want to collect these.
